3. Application Condition

 

Employees, managers and entrepreneurs of Chinese or Japanese enterprises who have one of the following qualifications.

 

(1) Graduated from a university recognized by the government of China or Japan, with 3 or more years of working experience up to the day before admission (Spring admission: March 31 / autumn admission: September 15).

(2) Master's or Doctoral degree with 1 year or more working experience up to the day before admission (Spring admission: March 31 / Fall admission: September 15).

(3) MBA students and MBA graduates of Graduate School of Beijing Normal University (MBA graduates of the same level are also allowed)

5. Registration Fee + Procedure Fee

The entry fee can only be paid by credit card (VISA, MASTER, UnionPay, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club).

The registration fee is not refundable. Please confirm the content before delivery.

Registration fee: 5000 yen for Chinese students / 35000 yen for Japanese students

1	Resume	* Please fill in your education and work experience from high school to present.
2	Reasons for Application	* Please make by computer, or print and paste.
3	Research Proposal	* State your plan for the submitted "research topic", describing in detail the prior research, objectives, methods, predicted results, etc. * Please use A4 paper, 2-3 pages, no binding required. * Please leave the cover blank and insert the words "Research proposal" at the beginning with the title and name of the research.  Leave more than 15mm of blank space, and fill in "page number/total page number" at the footer.
4	Work Experience	* Please fill in your work experience, achievements, impressions, experiences and lessons so far
5	Transcript (original)	* Please submit supporting documents issued by your final graduate school in relation to your application qualifications.
6	Graduation Certificate (original) or planned graduation Certificate (original)	* Proof of graduation is not required if the date of enrolment and graduation is stated in the transcript. * Documentation must be in English or accompanied by An English translation.
7	Supporting documents related to name change-Only for those who have changed their name	If you change your name after graduation and the name on the certificate is different from your current name, please submit the change of name on A4 paper and attach the certificate.
8	Photos 2	* In addition to the above resume, please submit 2 additional "color photos (4cmx3cm)".  There is no photo paper, please submit along with other application materials.

9. Relevant procedures after qualified admission

Admission procedures: Successful candidates should remit the admission fee and the total fall semester fee to the university account by Friday, June 18, 2021.

Accommodation arrangement during study in Japan: details will be informed after the admission procedure.

Entry procedures: As the completion of admission, we would apply to the National Agency of In-country Administration for a Certificate of Eligibility as a agent. After receiving the certificate, please apply for a visa in person at the Japanese consulate in China.
