Abstract

This lecture will focus on the work behavior and performance of employees in the enterprise.  In today's Internet era, many enterprises have established interconnected work platforms on computers and mobile phones. Employees log in to work on the platform every day, and their work behaviors and social situations at work can be recorded on the platform in real time. From the theoretical perspective of initiative, we explore and study the relationship between employees' different work behaviors and work network structure and their performance by using the big data of three years' work platform of an IT enterprise.  The research results can provide effective scientific evidence for enterprises to guide and manage employees effectively.
